About the role
Ormat Technologies is seeking an Industrial Buyer to join its global procurement team. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end industrial procurement, working closely with suppliers worldwide and supporting the delivery of large‑scale renewable energy projects.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full procurement cycle for industrial goods and services.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with global suppliers.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, project and finance teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Buyer or Procurement Specialist in an industrial environment.
- Strong negotiation and process‑management abilities.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed.

- Microsoft Excel
- SAP
