Head of Social Media

About the role

DealHub.ai is seeking a Head of Social Media to shape a genuine, inventive brand presence that drives conversation and trust in a digital‑first B2B environment. You will own the brand voice, create scroll‑stopping content, and turn strategic briefs into memorable campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Create authentic, data‑driven content for LinkedIn and other channels, handling writing, shooting, directing and editing.
• Develop and execute integrated social strategies that align with product launches, GTM road‑maps and cultural moments.
• Maintain a publishing calendar and use real‑time analytics to refine storytelling.
• Define and safeguard a consistent brand tone across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product marketing, growth teams, content writers and designers to deliver a unified social experience.
• Build relationships with B2B influencers, creators and thought leaders to expand the brand ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years in a similar social media or brand role.
• Proven LinkedIn and B2B experience with a track record of organic engagement growth.
• Strong organizational discipline and the ability to pitch, defend and execute bold ideas.
• Curiosity, speed and a passion for continuous experimentation.
