Head of Marketing

About the role

We're looking for a highly hands‑on, AI‑oriented Head of Marketing who will own the end‑to‑end GTM strategy while directly orchestrating campaigns, generating enterprise pipelines, and positioning Bringoz as a category leader. You will lead an agile core team (Design, Content, SEO) while staying close to the work, balancing high‑level strategic direction with daily execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a global go‑to‑market and growth strategy to drive enterprise pipeline.
• Build, launch, and optimise Account‑Based Marketing, inbound and outbound programs for enterprise clients.
• Oversee digital growth across SEO, GEO targeting, website conversion, paid acquisition and content marketing.
• Manage HubSpot stack, marketing‑automation workflows, email nurturing and performance analytics.
• Partner with Sales to create enablement assets such as case studies, pitch decks and customer success stories.
• Increase brand authority through webinars, PR, analyst relations and co‑marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience driving global B2B SaaS marketing initiatives with an enterprise focus.
• Proven track record building multi‑channel pipelines through ABM, demand generation, SEO and paid media.
• AI‑oriented mindset with daily use of AI tools to optimise workflows and scale execution.
• Native‑level English communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience leading small, high‑performing teams while remaining execution‑focused.
