Group Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our executive team as Group Controller, overseeing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and financial control across the Group. This senior position acts as a strategic partner to executive management, supporting decision‑making, risk management, efficiency initiatives and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and consolidation of group financial statements on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, ensuring strict compliance with IFRS.
• Direct corporate cash‑flow management, performance analysis, working‑capital controls and profit‑and‑loss evaluations.
• Lead accounting operations including accounts payable, vendor management, payments, inventory and fixed‑asset accounting.
• Maintain relationships with external auditors, oversee tax compliance, regulatory reporting and internal control systems.
• Mentor, develop and lead accounting and finance teams while driving continuous process improvements and SAP ERP enhancements.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 8–10 years of experience in accounting, financial control and reporting within a large corporate group or multi‑entity organization.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex financial units.
• Deep expertise in IFRS, financial consolidation, taxation and internal control frameworks.
• High proficiency in English.
