Global Internal Control Manager

About the role

The Global Internal Control Manager will strengthen Keter’s internal control framework across its worldwide operations. Working closely with Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and Finance teams, the role focuses on identifying risks, improving processes, and boosting operational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assess end‑to‑end business and operational processes across Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance.
• Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct risk assessments and support the design and implementation of effective controls.
• Perform on‑site reviews and audits at manufacturing facilities.
• Support IT General Controls (ITGCs) and other cross‑functional control initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across global operations.
• Travel regularly to Keter manufacturing sites, especially in Northern Israel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Business Consulting.
• Experience reviewing and improving operational processes in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, or logistics environments.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks (COSO, SOX).
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly to manufacturing sites across Northern Israel.
