Global Communications Specialist

About the role

The Global Communications Specialist will support day‑to‑day internal and external communication activities across the organization. You will help drive clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across multiple channels while collaborating closely with the global communications team and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Execute internal communications plans and deliverables based on global direction.
• Draft, edit, and publish content for intranet, newsletters, and email communications.
• Maintain internal communication platforms, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned.
• Support leadership communications, town halls, and employee events, handling content, logistics, and follow‑up.
• Manage content calendars and track communications deliverables and timelines.
• Assist with external communications activities such as announcements, campaigns, and media engagements.
• Coordinate interview preparation, speaking opportunities, and external engagements.
• Monitor media coverage and provide summaries or alerts.
• Gather inputs from leadership, HR, and cross‑functional teams to produce communication outputs.
• Prioritize and route incoming communication requests and support workflow consistency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in internal and/or external communications or a related field.
• Strong execution, organization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across functions.
• Experience in a corporate or technology environment is an advantage.
• Native‑level English proficiency.
