Digital Content Specialist – Corporate Marketing

About the role

Nova’s Corporate Marketing team seeks a creative and energetic Digital Content Specialist to bring the company’s unique culture and technological breakthroughs to life on the Israeli site. You will be the storyteller for Nova Israel, producing engaging social media, website, video, and internal communication content.

Key responsibilities

• Own and create digital content for Nova Israel’s social channels and career site, including employee stories and blog posts.
• Develop and execute an annual video strategy, handling planning, shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Support sponsored ad campaigns by uploading assets and coordinating creative work.
• Manage internal corporate communications for the Israeli office.
• Assist brand ambassadors with ready‑made content and training.
• Collect and prepare performance reports for social channels and the website.
• Co‑manage website content uploads, coordinate with the vendor, and maintain regular updates.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (strong portfolio accepted).
• Exceptional writing and editing ability with a conversational, authentic tone.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a proactive, “can‑do” attitude.
• Creative spark, quick learning ability, and a healthy sense of humor.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools for content creation.
• Hands‑on video production experience, including planning, filming, and basic editing.
• Familiarity with web and social media analytics platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics 4).
