G License Courier – Ground Operations

About the role

Join FedEx as a G‑license courier operating within our Ground Operations network. You will handle a variety of delivery modes—including van, truck, bike, and foot courier—to support both domestic and international pick‑up and delivery services while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute van, truck, bike, and foot courier assignments for domestic and international shipments.
• Perform ground‑operations tasks at stations and hubs, such as ramp handling, sorting, and dispatch.
• Ensure all operational processes are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Provide courteous customer service during pick‑up and delivery interactions.
• Maintain documentation and tracking of shipments throughout the delivery cycle.

Required profile

• Valid G‑class driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Effective interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
