FP&A Analyst

About the role

SuperPlay is looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support its fast‑growing portfolio of mobile games. The analyst will partner with senior managers to build financial plans, monitor performance, and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term financial plans, annual budgets, monthly forecasts and ongoing results monitoring for individual games and cross‑company departments.
• Build, maintain and analyze revenue models and scenario analyses to assess the impact of key business drivers on gross and net revenue.
• Prepare cash‑flow forecasts, track cash inflows and outflows, and support treasury management.
• Provide senior managers with regular financial reporting, ad‑hoc analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Implement data‑analysis processes, dashboards and KPI measurement and reporting.
• Lead the monthly management reporting package and design cross‑company processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct cost‑reduction initiatives and detailed costing analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar FP&A role within a global organization.
• B.Sc. in Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Hands‑on approach with high attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with NetSuite (advantage).
• Exposure to Claude or other AI‑assisted analysis tools (advantage).
