EnlightenEnlighten is building a daily growth experience that blends psychology, education, and gamification. We are seeking a founding Growth & Marketing Lead who will own and shape our marketing strategy from day one, working part‑time for equity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Drive user acquisition through creative, low‑cost initiatives.
• Manage and expand our social media presence.
• Build, nurture, and engage a vibrant community.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, partners, and relevant communities.
• Plan product launches and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Track performance metrics, analyze data, and iterate continuously.
• Leverage AI tools to generate content and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing, growth, social media, or content creation.
• Passion for startups and building products from the ground up.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to commit consistent part‑time hours.
