Fintech & Financial Regulation Attorney

About the role

Herzog Fox & Neeman, one of Israel’s leading law firms, is seeking an experienced and motivated attorney to join its exclusive fintech and financial regulation team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ongoing legal advice to major financial institutions, investment firms, insurance companies, payment companies and fintech organizations.
• Advise on financial and institutional regulations, licensing processes, legislative procedures and represent clients before regulators.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements related to banking, finance and fintech operations.
• Offer counsel on compliance issues such as AML, data privacy, consumer protection and regulatory compliance.
• Represent clients in dealings with regulators and assist with regulatory filings and approvals.

Required profile

• At least two years of post‑qualification experience as an attorney.
• High proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing) – mandatory.
• Experience in financial regulation or litigation.
• Graduates from leading academic institutions.
