Financial Controller

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Financial Controller to join its Finance team and support the local accounting function. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will help ensure accurate financial reporting and drive process improvements across month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and consolidated general‑ledger accounts in Oracle NetSuite in line with GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate month‑end close, ensuring timely and accurate book closure for monthly and annual reporting.
• Analyse movements in key GL accounts and produce variance analysis.
• Identify and implement automation and control enhancements to improve reporting efficiency.
• Support internal and external auditors during annual and interim audits.
• Provide accounting and reporting advice to business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the design and maintenance of consolidation and financial control processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within banking, financial services or a Big 4 environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and consolidated financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, logical approach to problem‑solving.
• Hands‑on attitude, high motivation and focus on delivery.
