Financial Controller – Consolidation & Reporting

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our consolidation process and ensure accurate quarterly and year‑end reporting. You will work closely with subsidiaries and serve as a bridge between operational and professional finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the consolidation process and lead related tasks.
• Review quarterly and year‑end closing procedures.
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements (Form 6‑K and Form 20‑F).
• Develop financial analysis for quarterly and annual reports.
• Collaborate with group subsidiaries, providing guidance and support.
• Act as an interface between operational and professional finance teams.
• Assist in implementing new accounting standards.
• Oversee accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Required profile

• CPA qualification from a Big 4 accounting firm with at least 3 years of audit experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar controller role within a public company or its subsidiary.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Proven ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities.
