Field IT Technician – Central Israel

About the role

The company is seeking a proactive Field IT Technician to provide on‑site technical support for its automotive operations across Central Israel. You will travel to multiple branches, ensuring that hardware, software and network issues are resolved quickly to keep business processes running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware failures on desktops, laptops and peripheral devices.
• Resolve operating system problems and perform workstation setup for new users.
• Manage user accounts, access rights and endpoint security.
• Support printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Provide on‑site assistance for Microsoft Outlook, Exchange and Active Directory issues.
• Maintain network connectivity by troubleshooting TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP configurations.
• Travel regularly to company branches throughout the country.

Required profile

• Proven experience troubleshooting hardware and operating system issues.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners and other peripheral equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with PC environments, Microsoft Outlook, Exchange and Active Directory.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP protocols.
• Ability to work in a dynamic technology environment with diverse systems.
