Facilities & Operations Manager

About the role

ROOMS by Fattal is seeking an energetic, service‑oriented Facilities & Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities across multiple coworking locations in the Sharon area of Israel. This field‑based position blends facilities management, logistics, supplier coordination, and hands‑on problem solving to ensure a premium member experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance standards for several ROOMS sites in the Sharon region.
• Manage maintenance requests, resolve operational issues, and track tasks to completion.
• Coordinate relationships with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control, equipment logistics, and delivery handling.
• Provide hands‑on support such as receiving deliveries, moving equipment, and preparing workspaces.
• Collaborate closely with Site Managers and headquarters to maintain smooth operations and high member satisfaction.
• Identify operational needs, prioritize actions, and implement effective solutions in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an operations‑focused role.
• Background in coworking spaces, property management, facilities, hospitality, or a similar environment is a strong advantage.
• Proven experience working with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a strong service mindset.
• Hands‑on attitude, willing to combine office tasks with physical field work.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, sound judgment, and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between locations; residency in the Sharon area is a plus.
