Soft Services Manager

About the role

The Soft Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of soft services across the site, including cleaning, reception, landscaping, pest control and waste management, ensuring high standards and customer satisfaction in a complex industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cleaning services in common areas and cleanrooms, reception, landscaping, pest control and waste disposal, ensuring compliance with contracts and site procedures.
• Conduct routine inspections, audits, coordinate office moves and support customer events and site activities.
• Lead service teams: scheduling, onboarding, training and performance management, including the Emergency Response On‑Call Team.
• Oversee vendors and contractors, monitor performance, enforce contractual obligations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Handle inventory and consumables, track service requests via the Corrigo work‑order system and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs and drive continuous improvement while ensuring safety compliance.
• Manage operational budgets, process purchase orders, review invoices and control expenditures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing soft services or operations in a multi‑service site environment.
• Experience leading employees, vendors and contractors.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, budget control and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Hebrew and working‑level English.
• Experience in an industrial setting and cleanroom operations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with service management/work‑order systems, specifically Corrigo.
