לחברת הייטק בצמיחה דרוש/ה Executive Business Assistant to CEO לתפקיד מרכזי ודינמי, בעבודה ישירה וצמודה עם מנכ"ל החברה.זהו תפקיד שמשלב Executive Support, Business Operations, Data & AI, עם חשיפה גבוהה לפעילות העסקית של החברה ומעורבות בתהליכים ברמת הנהלה.מה כולל התפקיד?• עבודה שוטפת וצמודה עם המנכ"ל וניהול משימות ברמת הנהלה• ניהול יומן מורכב, תעדוף פגישות ומעקב אחר החלטות ומשימות• הכנת מצגות, חומרים עסקיים ותוצרים לישיבות הנהלה• איסוף, עיבוד וניתוח מידע עסקי ופיננסי לתמיכה בקבלת החלטות• עבודה עם תקציבים, נתונים ומדדים עסקיים• שימוש שוטף בכלי AI כגון ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini ו Copilot למחקר, ניתוח והפקת תוצרים• בנייה ושיפור של Workflows ואוטומציות באמצעות כלי AI• עבודה מול הנהלה בכירה וממשקים כגון Finance ו Operations• הובלת משימות ותהליכים חוצי ארגון משלב התכנון ועד ה Executionמה אנחנו מחפשים?• 3+ שנות ניסיון בתפקיד Executive, Business Operations או תפקיד תפעולי עסקי דומה• ניסיון בעבודה ישירה מול CEO או הנהלה בכירה• אוריינטציה עסקית ופיננסית ויכולת גבוהה בעבודה עם נתונים ומדדים• ניסיון משמעותי בהכנת מצגות וחומרים עסקיים ברמת הנהלה• ניסיון מעשי ושוטף בעבודה עם כלי AI• יתרון לניסיון בבניית Workflows ואוטומציות מבוססות AI• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, ראייה מערכתית, סדר וארגון ויכולת Execution גבוהה• יכולת להניע מספר משימות ותהליכים במקביל בסביבה דינמיתמחפשים מישהו/י שאוהב/ת להיות בלב העשייה, לעבוד קרוב להנהלה ולהפוך מידע, משימות ורעיונות לתוצרים ותהליכים שמקדמים את הארגון.
