ETP Project Manager – Lead Technical Projects

About the role

We are looking for an ETP Project Manager to lead key divisional technical projects. You will own the project plan and budget, manage execution, and ensure timely, on‑budget deliveries while partnering with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Validate resource allocation, map activities, and drive resolution of execution gaps.
• Manage work plans, highlight risks, and ensure complete routing of RERs for alignment and timely delivery.
• Plan, control, and optimize the R&D project budget, flagging risks and seeking efficiencies.
• Interface with technical module owners, system engineering, disciplinary leads, product lines, operations, ICT, and finance.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in engineering or science (M.Sc. a plus).
• More than 5 years experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• At least 3 years experience as a project manager or team lead.
• Strong multidisciplinary technical product and system understanding.
• Proven management skills in a dynamic matrix environment.
• Ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and manage risks.
• Self‑driven, fast learner, flexible and independent.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
