EIT Portfolio Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Engineering Information Systems (EIT) Portfolio Manager to lead the roadmap and solutions for our engineering information tools. In this role you will bridge technology and business, driving continuous improvement and enabling productivity across engineering and GIS teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the end‑to‑end EIT tools and solutions roadmap, aligning technology investments with business goals.
• Manage IT solution projects, including prioritisation, budgeting and resource allocation to maximise value.
• Act as the primary liaison between the R&D division, GIS/EIT and other internal groups, gathering cross‑functional requirements.
• Plan, execute and track Continuous Improvement Processes (CIPs) to optimise system performance and usability.
• Identify bottlenecks in the current toolset and implement scalable, future‑proof solutions.
• Lead change‑management initiatives, ensuring smooth user adoption through training and clear communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in EIT portfolio or product management, preferably in environments that bridge IT/GIS and engineering.
• Strong understanding of EIT systems, GIS/EIT architectures and solution‑prioritisation frameworks.
• Proven track record of driving change‑management and rolling out new tools across large organisations.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and excellent stakeholder‑management communication skills.
