Field Service Engineer

About the role

Join Elopak Israel as a Field Service Engineer and support customers' projects with your technical expertise. You will maintain and provide technical support for Elopak filling equipment and associated systems at customer sites across Israel.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on filling machines and auxiliary equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and operators, including training, root‑cause analysis, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and company standards and follow internal procedures and site requirements.
• Manage service documentation, warranty claims, spare‑parts control and communicate customer needs, risks and improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial field service or maintenance experience.
• Valid Israeli driving licence and ability to work flexible hours for emergency support.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, pneumatics, mechanics and servo drives.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Basic PLC diagnostics (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen‑Bradley or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and service‑reporting systems.
