Director of Total Rewards, HRIS & HR Operations

About the role

SolarEdge is seeking a senior leader to shape and execute the global Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS, and People Analytics strategy. Reporting to senior leadership, you will guide a multidisciplinary team and serve as a trusted advisor on decisions that impact the entire organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and grow a global team of Total Rewards, HR Operations, HRIS and People Analytics professionals.
• Own the Total Rewards philosophy, annual compensation planning, incentives, benchmarking, pay equity and career architecture.
• Design and govern the global HR operational framework, ensuring process consistency, service standards and compliance across regions.
• Sponsor major HRIS implementations and set the automation and AI agenda for the HR function.
• Define and execute the People Analytics strategy, delivering executive reporting and workforce insights.
• Develop the long‑term roadmap for the function and lead cross‑functional transformation initiatives with Finance, IT and the business.
• Partner with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, Finance, IT and Legal & Compliance worldwide.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience leading Total Rewards in a global organization.
• Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing, multidisciplinary teams.
• Broad experience across HR Operations, HRIS, People Analytics or HR Transformation.
• Strong expertise in compensation, benefits and global rewards practices.
• Experience driving HR technology implementations, automation and digital transformation.
• Ownership of function‑level budgets, headcount planning and vendor relationships.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
• Passion for data, analytics and process excellence.
