Director of Product Management – DOCA

About the role

As Director of Product Management for NVIDIA's DOCA platform, you will shape the developer ecosystem that powers BlueField DPUs and ConnectX SuperNICs across AI factories, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data centers. You will lead a senior product management team to deliver end‑to‑end platform capabilities that become the industry standard.

Key responsibilities

• Own the DOCA product lifecycle from strategy and prioritization to release, integrating feedback from hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and developers.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior product managers, ensuring cross‑functional alignment with engineering, architecture, and go‑to‑market teams.
• Champion DOCA SDK adoption by defining new APIs, libraries, and micro‑services that enable innovative deployment architectures.
• Drive requirements for accelerated datapath provisioning, multi‑tenant network isolation, and offload lifecycle management.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineering and architecture groups to set priorities and translate them into precise, actionable specifications.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ecosystem partners, providing technical mentorship and creating reference applications.
• Conduct competitive intelligence and market analysis to guide short‑term priorities and long‑term platform strategy.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of product management experience in systems software or networking.
• 5+ years leading product management teams and driving cross‑functional initiatives at scale.
• Proven track record of developing product strategies in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
