About the role
Axonius is transitioning from a tech‑centric to a user‑centric platform. As Director of Product Design you will build and lead a full design department, shaping the end‑to‑end experience across a complex, multi‑product SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Own the UX of the entire Axonius platform, creating a coherent, intuitive experience across product lines.
- Lead the adoption of AI‑powered design and development workflows in partnership with engineering to accelerate delivery.
- Collaborate with customers, field teams, product managers and developers to align design with business goals.
- Mentor and develop designers, managing career growth and team scaling.
Required profile
- 4+ years leading and scaling a design department, not just individual contributors.
- Proven experience delivering B2B SaaS products at scale and transforming complex technical products into intuitive experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to advocate for design at the executive level.

- Design Systems expertise that scales across complex platforms.
- Experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products.
