Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

Kornit Digital is seeking a Director of FP&A to act as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership. The role oversees financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support while leading the FP&A team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Annual Operating Plan, Long‑Term Financial and Operating Plan, and quarterly forecast cycles.
• Lead and develop the FP&A organization, delivering monthly reporting and variance analysis.
• Provide rolling forecasts and financial guidance to support executive decision‑making.
• Support earnings preparation, board materials, and investor‑related analyses.
• Develop financial models for planning, investments, LCC, M&A, and ROI assessments.
• Conduct sales transaction, profitability, costing, and margin analyses in partnership with Operations.
• Collaborate with Controller and Accounting to align planning, actuals, and US GAAP reporting.
• Drive finance‑related IT initiatives, champion automation and AI‑enabled workflows.
• Leverage data analytics and BI tools to improve decision‑making and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in an FP&A Director or equivalent role.
