About the role

Reindeer‑AI is building an agentic AI platform that turns complex business workflows into AI‑powered operations. As the Director of Brand & Communications in Tel Aviv, you will create and own the company’s brand narrative, shaping how the market perceives Reindeer and driving founder visibility across media and owned channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Reindeer’s positioning, voice, and brand system across all campaigns and touchpoints.
• Design and execute brand campaigns from concept to assets, ensuring consistent presence on every channel.
• Set editorial vision and voice guidelines to keep all content on‑brand as the organization scales.
• Lead press narrative, craft messaging, story angles, and talking points for media pitches and interviews, working with a PR agency.
• Own social media strategy and content production for the company and its founders, building a steady, distinctive presence.
• Elevate founder and executive visibility through bylines, podcasts, panels, and curated speaking opportunities.
• Hire, develop, and scale the brand and communications function, establishing standards for external representation.
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and product teams on positioning and go‑to‑market strategies.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in communications, PR, brand, content, editorial, journalism, or founder/exec visibility.
• Proven track record of earned media placements and founder thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Strong media instincts with existing relationships and confidence in pitching stories.
• Portfolio or writing samples that demonstrate a distinct voice and measurable impact.
• Excellent written English and a high editorial standard.
