Digital & Media Manager – Paid Campaign Lead

About the role

NONO Group is seeking a Digital & Media Manager to lead paid digital activities across all its brands from the Petah Tikvi​a headquarters. You will own the performance of digital sales channels, turning data into actionable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital marketing budgets and execute campaigns for the entire group.
• Develop the annual digital marketing strategy and media plan.
• Oversee the external media agency, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Lead paid social initiatives on Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Analyze performance data, build reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Own revenue and performance metrics across digital sales channels.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and present insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in PPC / User Acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience with paid social on Meta and TikTok.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with an external media agency (advantage).
• Experience building annual digital strategies and plans (advantage).
• Familiarity with the restaurant industry and platforms such as Wolt & Tabit (strong advantage).
