Demand Planning Team Leader

About the role

Check Point is looking for a Demand Planning Team Leader to oversee its planning team, drive accurate forecasting, and optimise stock and shipment processes. You will play a key role in ensuring service levels are met while supporting the company’s AI‑driven security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the planning team and its day‑to‑day activities.
• Create RMA and POC forecasts and perform detailed analysis.
• Monitor RMA & POC activity to ensure alignment with targets.
• Optimise stocking levels and shipment processes.
• Own and continuously improve the advanced planning process.
• Lead complex projects such as process optimisation, customer‑service enhancements and data‑quality improvements.
• Take ownership of KPIs including missed SLA incidents and cost per ticket.

Required profile

• Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• BA/BSc in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a planning team leader in a global supply‑chain environment.
• RMA experience is an advantage.
• Proven experience in service management (SLA, response time, event analysis and corrective actions).
• Strong analytical abilities and an excellent service mindset.
• Fluent English (native level).
