Data Center Facility Manager

About the role

The company is looking for a Facility Manager to take full responsibility for the operation of a data‑center site. You will oversee day‑to‑day facility activities, ensure service level agreements are met and coordinate with internal teams, customers and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all facility operations and critical infrastructure systems to guarantee availability.
• Lead operations, maintenance and engineering teams, handling multi‑interface coordination.
• Own end‑to‑end event and incident management, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and contractors to meet SLA targets.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management and maintenance processes.
• Control the operational budget, monitor costs and approve expenditures.
• Lead projects and change initiatives within the active facility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operational/facility management of critical infrastructure.
• Track record of managing multi‑disciplinary teams under pressure.
• Strong decision‑making ability in complex environments.
• Systems‑thinking mindset with experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Advantageous experience in data‑center power, cooling or other critical systems.
