Join Connecteam’s Customer Support team as a Customer Support Specialist. You will quickly become an expert on Connecteam’s platform, helping deskless teams solve real‑world problems and get the most out of the product. This role offers a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment where attention to detail and persistence are essential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, high‑quality support primarily via live chat, as well as email and occasional Zoom calls.
• Learn Connecteam’s product in depth and guide customers according to their business needs.
• Investigate customer issues systematically, challenge assumptions, and own the resolution process.
• Manage a high volume of conversations while maintaining accuracy, empathy, and a premium experience.
• Educate customers on best practices to improve their use of Connecteam.
• Identify recurring friction, product gaps, and opportunities to boost adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and other teams to move complex issues forward and translate technical findings into clear explanations.
• Strengthen team knowledge by improving documentation, training materials, and processes.
• Leverage data, technology, AI, and other tools to investigate problems and enhance team efficiency.
