Customer Support Specialist – Israel Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Israel Operations team at TBO.COM, an award‑winning travel technology company. The role involves providing operational support for hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals and other travel services, ensuring smooth experiences for travel agents and their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle operational support for hotels, flights, transfers, car rentals and other travel services.
• Manage non‑urgent and urgent, last‑minute, and on‑spot booking issues, coordinating with suppliers, hotels and internal teams.
• Assist travel agents via phone and email, addressing special requests and reservation assistance.
• Negotiate and coordinate resolutions with sources to achieve optimal client outcomes.
• Operate multiple systems simultaneously and resolve cases from start to finish with ownership and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Fluent in Hebrew and English with strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Organised, adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a proactive and responsible approach.
• Experience in B2B travel operations or working with travel agents is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using multiple travel‑booking systems.
