Customer Support Representative

About the role

Rentokil Initial, the world's largest pest control company, is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Israel. The role sits at the heart of the company's operations, combining customer and provider support with operational responsibility and workflow control, so that service delivery is professional, clear and organized while keeping a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support to company clients, service providers and office teams, and deliver personalized support to key accounts with service reports, visit summaries and updated task statuses.
• Review and approve service reports for accurate client billing, onboard new clients, update records and configure user profiles, and manage and close service tickets in client portals.
• Create work orders from incoming requests, review periodic reports to track execution status, and process manual work orders so system data stays up to date.
• Adjust existing work approvals (dates, pricing, execution details, quantities) and send updates to service providers about open tickets and status changes.
• Handle regulatory requests requiring special approval, liaise with authorities to obtain certifications and approvals, and assign service providers to specialized treatments.
• Take part in ad-hoc or ongoing projects such as task management systems, inquiry monitoring tools and process automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar operational or customer success role.
• Proven experience mapping processes, proposing workflow improvements and implementing them.
• Familiarity with structured workflows and internal controls.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multitask under pressure and to manage multichannel communication.

Required skills

• Extensive knowledge of information systems and ERP platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel.

• Full-time position with 1 day per week working from home after the training period, and 4 days a week from the Hevel Modiin Industrial Park office.
