Customer Support Representative

About the role

Uniper is seeking a full‑time Customer Support Representative to join its on‑site team in Raanana. You will be the first point of contact for older adult users and their families, providing friendly, empathetic assistance across phone, email, chat and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries, troubleshoot platform issues, and guide users through setup and features.
• Document each interaction in the support system and follow up on open tickets.
• Escalate complex technical or product problems to the appropriate teams.
• Collect user feedback and contribute to FAQs and support documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as support or service representative.
• Strong listening skills, clear communication, and a patient, empathetic approach.
• Fluency in Hebrew; Russian is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Raanana and thrive in a diverse team environment.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or working with older adults is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new digital tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Hebrew.
• Organizational attention to detail for accurate case documentation.
