About the role
Loox is looking for a Customer Support Engineer who is passionate about helping customers get the most out of our social‑proof platform for Shopify stores. You will be the primary point of contact, solving problems and ensuring a great experience with our product and team.
Key responsibilities
- Be in charge of customer happiness and deliver amazing service.
- Become a product expert, helping customers maximize the value they receive from Loox.
- Proactively identify opportunities and optimisation points to help customers grow.
- Represent the customer voice internally in Product, Marketing, and Business Development discussions.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in customer‑service‑facing roles.
- High‑level English and spoken Hebrew (native or bilingual proficiency).
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML & CSS (advantage).
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
- Ability to work in an agile, fast‑paced, and dynamic environment.
