Customer Success Coordinator – Healthcare Technology (Field Role)

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Customer Success Coordinator to join our healthcare AI team in Israel. This field‑based, individual‑contributor position involves regular travel to hospitals in the Tel Aviv area and Jerusalem, acting as the main liaison between clinical teams and our technology platform.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital stakeholders, building trusted relationships with department heads, clinicians, and IT staff.
• Coordinate logistics for training days, refresher sessions, and clinical workshops, ensuring smooth execution.
• Drive adoption and change management by addressing resistance and guiding clinicians toward new workflows.
• Provide first‑line field support, resolve straightforward issues, and escalate complex problems.
• Monitor system usage, track new users and usage trends, and flag anomalies early.
• Maintain dashboards and produce regular reports on site health and key performance indicators.
• Channel feedback from hospital teams to product and development groups.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in customer success, field support, or coordination roles, preferably in healthcare, med‑tech, or clinical environments.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for juggling multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, patience, and persistence.
