Customer Service Representative

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Kibbutz Shefayim, Israel. The role sits in the Customer Management function under Non-Technical Customer Service and covers handling customer accounts, inquiries and orders, as well as supporting billing, returns and supplier operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and deliver timely, high-quality service to external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, quotations, consignments, billing, credits, returns and related operational requests accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare reports, export data, maintain supplier portal activity and support invoice cancellation and SOX-related reporting.
• Resolve service and operational issues, monitor errors, perform recovery activities and escalate complex matters when needed.
• Work according to established procedures, prioritize tasks and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Customer service experience.
• Relevant higher education.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Good command of English.
• High learning agility and ability to follow written work instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred: inquiry handling, issue escalation, service request management, chat support and customer support platforms.
