Customer Acceptance Engineer

About the role

KLA is hiring a Customer Acceptance Engineer in Migdal Ha-emek. The Customer Acceptance (CA) team leads the qualification and delivery of KLA systems to advanced semiconductor manufacturers such as Intel, Samsung and TSMC, validating system performance, meeting customer acceptance requirements and enabling on-time tool delivery. The role sits within the Global Operations group, which covers manufacturing, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, installation and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute tool qualification according to customer specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze data comprehensively and manage large, complex datasets to support qualification decisions and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, application and quality issues to minimize risk and ensure successful tool acceptance.
• Drive qualification and acceptance activities within defined schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality and field teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure all qualification deliverables are completed with a focus on quality, accuracy, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Required profile

• BA/BSc in Statistics, Information Systems, or a practical degree in Electronics or a related field (an advantage).
• High level of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work with and analyze large datasets, learn quickly and collaborate well.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with JMP and Python (an advantage).
