Corporate Governance Counsel

About the role

Revolut’s Legal team is looking for an experienced Corporate Governance Counsel to build and maintain the company’s governance framework as it expands globally. The role will provide corporate and regulatory advice, support high‑priority legal matters, and help ensure the business moves fast while staying protected.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and maintain company policies and corporate governance frameworks.
• Support the Legal team with regulatory filings, governance tasks, and business initiatives.
• Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory and commercial questions.
• Assist with licensing applications and related documentation.
• Lead document management and other administrative legal processes.
• Document legal know‑how and facilitate internal knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with a valid license.
• 4+ years of post‑qualification experience in a law firm or in‑house role within banking, fintech or related sectors.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of legal documentation.
• Motivated to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of tasks.
• Proven independence, initiative, and sound decision‑making.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
