Controller – Finance Team (Tel Aviv)

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller to join our finance team in Tel Aviv. The role will be central to shaping the financial strategy of a fast‑growing global in‑game advertising company.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Manage month‑end close and consolidation across all subsidiaries.
• Maintain the global tax plan and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and business metrics to provide actionable insights.
• Conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual results globally and drive corrective actions.
• Leverage data analysis to generate insights that improve business performance.
• Assist in preparing investor‑relations materials and support fundraising initiatives.
• Help define KPIs for business teams and drive performance‑focused projects.
• Collaborate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits.
• Monitor company performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Oversee the monthly billing process, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Work closely with leadership to define, track, and analyze MBOs, aligning them with organizational goals.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant controller in a global organization.
• Broad understanding of international finance and accounting standards.
• Specialized knowledge of international tax regulations and compliance.
• Degree in Accounting and a CPA qualification.
