Commercial Account Executive - Israel

About the role

Datadog is looking for a Commercial Account Executive in its Commercial Sales team in Tel Aviv. As an AE, you help grow the business by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers in small to midsize markets. Sellers follow a defined methodology, collaborate with internal stakeholders, identify customer needs and clearly communicate the value of the Datadog product. The company works as a hybrid workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire net-new logos through outbound activity
• Become a Datadog expert through ongoing product and sales training
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical demonstrations and negotiation
• Work with Sales Development Representatives to drive top-of-funnel activity
• Prospect strategically into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT leaders and technical end-users

Required profile

• Curious, driven and motivated as a salesperson, creative in mapping and breaking into accounts
• Able to learn from feedback and champion a growth mindset
• Comfortable in a highly technical, fast-paced environment
• Quota-experienced with a proven track record of success
• Passion for technology is encouraged even if not all qualifications are met on day one
