Collections Manager

About the role

Revolut’s Credit team is expanding its lending capabilities and needs a Collections Manager to design and run local debt‑collection processes. You will lead the end‑to‑end collections workflow for retail credit portfolios, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and strong recovery results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain compliant debt‑collection processes aligned with local regulations.
• Own the full collections lifecycle for retail credit portfolios, from strategy to execution.
• Improve workflow efficiency and customer contact effectiveness.
• Document policies, procedures, and metrics for collections and recoveries.
• Select, manage, and monitor external collections agencies to meet SLA targets.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in English.
• 3+ years of experience in debt collection and recoveries within a retail bank, fintech, or DCA environment.
• Proven ability to create, document, and optimise collections processes.
• Strong knowledge of debt portfolio management, debt sales, and restructuring.
• Understanding of local debt‑collection laws and credit products.
• Experience managing third‑party service providers and performance metrics.
