Clinical Support Specialist – Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join the Orthopedics – Joints team in the Central Region of Israel. The role is field‑based, providing clinical and technical assistance during orthopedic surgical procedures and supporting the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support during orthopedic surgeries, including product expertise in the operating room.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and key customers.
• Gather market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, and hospital processes.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals as required.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or relevant clinical/scientific background (preferred).
• Previous experience in the medical device industry or healthcare environment is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic, field‑based environment, including operating‑room support.
