Chief Operating Officer

About the role

UltraWis is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer to lead its procurement, manufacturing, and field operations. The COO will drive operational excellence across the company’s advanced computer‑vision solutions for the construction and crane sectors, ensuring quality, cost‑effectiveness, and rapid scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all procurement and manufacturing activities, optimizing processes for growth and maintaining high quality standards.
• Manage supplier, subcontractor, and manufacturing partner relationships, including international sourcing, negotiations, and import/export logistics.
• Coordinate global shipping, customs, and logistics to guarantee timely product delivery worldwide.
• Maintain inventory control, aligning stock levels with production plans and customer demand.
• Lead field operations and customer relations to ensure high satisfaction and effective service delivery.
• Supervise the production team, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; native Hebrew speaker.
• Extensive experience managing teams, procurement, and in‑house manufacturing processes.
• Proven track record with Priority ERP and handling international logistics.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
