Chief Executive Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a clinical‑stage medical‑technology company that is developing breakthrough tissue‑regeneration solutions. The CEO will work closely with the Active Chairman to shape strategy, drive execution, and manage daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s overall strategy, execution plan, and day‑to‑day operations.
• Enhance company valuation and act as the primary liaison with public investors, analysts, and capital‑market stakeholders.
• Develop commercial market‑entry strategies for Europe and Israel and lead global licensing, distribution, and strategic partnership initiatives.
• Oversee the US Phase III clinical trial program and guide it toward FDA approval.
• Mentor and manage a high‑performing core team of functional directors and external consultants.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a CEO in a MedTech, medical‑device, biotech, or life‑sciences organization.
• Strong background in MedTech/life sciences with knowledge of FDA and CE regulatory pathways.
• Proven track record in business development, global licensing, and commercial partnerships.
• Understanding of public‑company dynamics, investor relations, and shareholder‑value creation.
• Results‑oriented leadership style with high emotional intelligence and people‑management capabilities.
