Buyer – Procurement & Logistics

About the role

Agilite is seeking a hands‑on Buyer to support its fast‑growing defense and tactical apparel line. The role combines procurement, supplier management and end‑to‑end logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials for product development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day procurement activities from purchase requests and samples through order placement and delivery.
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with local and international suppliers, maintaining a supplier database in NetSuite ERP.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, working closely with freight forwarders, couriers and customs agents.
• Track shipments, resolve delays, and proactively address shortages or supply issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Finance and other internal teams to align purchasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate purchasing and shipment records, providing status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands‑on experience with local and international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with NetSuite ERP for purchasing and supplier management.
