Logistics Coordinator – International Shipments

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end international shipments, primarily from China to global markets, for PMI Kids’ World. The role is based on‑site in Tel Aviv and involves close collaboration with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, factories and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee international logistics operations, ensuring shipments are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Prepare and review all shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipments throughout transit, proactively resolving delays, discrepancies and other issues.
• Maintain shipping schedules, timelines and Gantt charts to support on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, Incoterms, retailer routing guides and customer requirements.
• Work with logistics partners to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, logistics providers, factories, sales, operations and finance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international logistics and shipping, preferably with shipments from China.
• Familiarity with major global retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, Five Below or Lidl.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and eager to take ownership of results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Incoterms and customs compliance.
• Experience preparing shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin).
• Understanding of retailer routing guide requirements.
