Brand Marketing Assistant – Student Position

About the role

SodaStream, part of PepsiCo, is seeking a Brand Marketing Assistant on a student basis to support its global marketing team. This part‑time, six‑month role covers a maternity leave period and offers hands‑on exposure to brand management and marketing operations within a leading consumer‑goods brand.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Team with day‑to‑day brand and campaign activities.
• Upload, tag, and organise assets in the SodaHub Digital Asset Management system.
• Maintain presentations, product images, and marketing collateral.
• Prepare reports, trackers, and internal communications.
• Support localisation and distribution of materials for global and regional markets.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders across headquarters and other business units.
• Open and track purchase orders and handle related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Current student in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent English and comfortable collaborating with global teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, service‑oriented and capable of working independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
