Demand Generation & ABM Lead

About the role

Brandlight is looking for a Demand Generation & ABM Lead to own the enterprise demand generation and account‑based marketing motion. You will turn priority accounts and buying groups into qualified pipeline through coordinated sales and marketing plays.

Key responsibilities

• Own ABM strategy for priority enterprise accounts, including selection, segmentation, tiering and prioritization.
• Design and execute 1:1, 1‑to‑many and scalable account‑based programs based on account value and buying‑group complexity.
• Partner with Sales to create joint account plans, engagement strategies and coordinated plays that generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
• Use intent signals, company initiatives and leadership changes to trigger account activation.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Field Marketing and GTM Engineering to activate accounts through paid, digital, events and automated workflows.
• Own measurement from target account through buying‑group engagement to qualified meetings, opportunities and pipeline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ABM or enterprise marketing, preferably in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record building and executing ABM programs for high‑value enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of account segmentation, tiering, buying groups, multi‑threading and complex enterprise buying journeys.
• Experience partnering closely with Sales on account planning, activation and pipeline creation.
• Ability to use AI tools for research, personalization, experimentation and analysis.

Required skills

• Experience with intent‑signal detection and trigger‑based engagement.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgment to test and optimize messaging, offers and personalization.
