Biology Domain Expert – QSA Review (Freelance)

About the role

Mindtel is looking for Biology Domain Experts to support a project focused on reviewing and validating pre‑created Question–Solution–Answer (QSA) datasets used for the evaluation and improvement of AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review pre‑created Biology QSA datasets for scientific and technical accuracy.
• Validate questions, step‑by‑step solutions, and final answers.
• Check the correctness of Biology concepts, explanations, and reasoning.
• Identify factual errors, incorrect reasoning, inconsistencies, ambiguities, or missing information.
• Evaluate content for relevance, completeness, and clarity.
• Review questions across different Biology topics and difficulty levels.
• Provide detailed expert feedback wherever corrections are required.
• Ensure reviewed content meets defined Biology and quality standards.

Required profile

• PhD/Doctorate in a relevant Biology or Life Sciences discipline.
• Good conceptual understanding of Biology.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
• Ability to identify scientific inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Ability to independently review and provide structured feedback.
