Beauty Advisor / Artist – In‑Store Make‑Up Specialist

About the role

As a Beauty Advisor/Artist you will combine creative flair and technical make‑up expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized experience for every customer who walks into the store. You will work closely with a high‑performing team to drive in‑store events and uphold visual‑merchandising standards that set the brand apart.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored make‑up consultations that educate and delight customers.
• Assist with the planning and execution of in‑store beauty events.
• Maintain visual‑merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out.
• Operate retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software accurately.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and store performance goals.

Required profile

• Passion for people and a dynamic, self‑starting attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Strong creative and technical make‑up expertise, whether certified or self‑taught.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country when invited for interview.

Required skills

• Make‑up artistry (certification preferred but not mandatory).
• Retail point‑of‑sale (POS) software proficiency.
