Bar Manager

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Bar Manager to lead our vibrant bar team in Tel Aviv. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, driving sales, and ensuring high‑quality service while managing day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, handling payroll and disciplinary actions.
• Mentor and develop team members, set performance objectives and support career growth.
• Receive deliveries, manage inventory, and place orders in line with budgets.
• Control costs, monitor labour productivity, and oversee purchasing to meet profitability targets.
• Coordinate with the Beverage Controller on liquor stock, costs, and spillage.
• Liaise with Functions Coordinators to manage food and drink for events.
• Participate in management meetings and contribute to strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising a high‑volume bar.
• Proven track record of running an efficient, service‑oriented operation.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing P&L, staff coaching, and development.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
